Terms and Conditions


The EDU KL FUN RUN is organized by Yayasan ANGKASA aimed at promoting healthy living and community spirit. By registering for the event, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


Participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable fee before the deadline. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. Minors (under 18 years old) must have parental or guardian consent to participate.


Participants must be physically fit and in good health to join the run. All participants must follow the designated route and comply with the instructions from event officials and volunteers. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Event Details

The event will take place on 20 October 2024 (Sunday) at Dataran Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. The event will start at 7.00 AM. 4.3 Participants should arrive at least 1 hours – 30 minutes before the start time.

Attire and Equipment

Participants must wear appropriate running attire and shoes. The use of headphones and other personal audio devices is discouraged for safety reasons. Participants should bring their own water bottles; hydration stations will be available at the checkpoint.

Safety and Liability

Participants are responsible for their own safety and health during the event. The organizer will provide medical assistance in case of emergencies, but participants are encouraged to carry their own personal medical supplies. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.

Personal Belongings

The organizer is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Participants are advised to keep their valuables at home or with a trusted person.

Photography and Media

By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed and filmed by the event organizers and media. The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings, or other media from the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

Lucky Draw

All registered participants are automatically entered into the lucky draw by using number bib. The draw will take place at the end of the event. Participants must be present to claim their prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The organizer’s decision regarding the lucky draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome.

Insurance and Admin Fee

The fee shown is already subject to Admin Fee & Insurance Charge of RM2.00

Cancellation and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or public health concerns. In case of cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified via email and the official event website. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event details and route. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance. All registration fees are non-refundable. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, event postponement, or cancellation.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to show respect and courtesy to other participants, volunteers, and event staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.

Data Protection

Participants’ personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Participants may receive updates and promotional material from the organizer. They can opt-out at any time by contacting the organizer.
